FAM is too expensive for me. How can I justify the price?

Like so many things in life - you get what you pay for.  If you feel the course is too expensive please consider that if you regularly spend  between £40+ per month on pouring products (or are likely to if you haven’t made a start yet) AND you follow all the MONEY SAVING HACKS I give you as part of the course - it’ll pay for itself within just 6 months!?

What happens after I've signed up?

You will have IMMEDIATE ACCESS to the course content and can start the program straight away.

I've never done any paint pouring before, is membership suitable for me?

YES! Complete beginners up to intermediate level (less than a years' experience) are catered for in the course with everything you need to LEVEL UP your pouring in the FASTEST TIME possible.  If you're still not convinced take a peek at previous students BEFORE & AFTER pics and read some of the reviews.  ALL of these students had little or no prior experience. 

What about supplies...I don't live in the UK - is the course suitable for me?

YES! Although the course is targeted towards the UK - the majority of the materials and equipment I use (or very similar products) are readily available worldwide. The original FAM had members in both the USA and Europe and no one had any issues sourcing alternate products. It's actually very difficult for UK-based pourers as our supplies here are limited and are generally much more expensive. If you live outside the UK, you will have a much wider choice of cheaper alternatives. Once you've purchased the course, you can always reach out in the Facebook group for advice regarding suitable substitutes. 

Can’t I just learn from free Youtube videos?

Youtube has its place for sure but if you're at beginner or intermediate level - it's like the "wild west". There is a TON of conflicting, confusing and just plain WRONG information on there, especially when you factor in the DIFFERENCE in products between various countries. It won't take long for you to be suffering overwhelm and frustration. Factor in a heap of wasted time and money on techniques which just don't work or produce disappointing results and before you know it you'll be convinced you'll never be able to get the hang of it!

I've been pouring professionally for 9 years, my large scale pieces sell for a lot of money and I've been a qualified educator for over 20+ years. All of that puts me in a unique position.  As part of FAM2.0 you'll have access to tutorials filmed by 3 EXPERIENCED TUTORS all of whom film their tutorials using professional grade equipment in a HIGH RES format and edit their final work.  You'll also receive INVALUABLE SUPPORT as part of a DEDICATED SUPPORT GROUP with Admins. who are VETERAN POURERS who are happy to assist with any pouring questions you have!

I haven’t just thrown this course together and hoped for the best! It’s taken an entire YEAR of CONSULTATION with prior students, filming, editing and authoring to put together what I believe is THE premier pouring program for beginners and improvers available right now!

Youtube videos can only take you so far and are most beneficial once you already have a fair bit of pouring experience – so you are able to watch them with discernment. Provided you fully participate in everything I'm making available to you in FAM V.2.0 -  you'll learn quicker than you ever thought possible! 

Will I be able to ask you questions about pouring once I’ve paid for the course?

Version 2.0 of FAM has been designed as a STANDALONE course and is priced accordingly. Unfortunately, due to all my commitments, I’m unable to answer individual queries as I get scores of questions every week and if I answered them all I wouldn’t have any time left for anything else!

However, this is why you have access to the FAM Facebook Support group. You won't be left on your own when you face any challenges.  The group is headed up by the EXTREMELY knowledgeable VETERAN POURER - Dawn Cowan and there are 30 original FAMers in there who have already undertaken the course. The group is INCREDIBLY helpful - & I pop in whenever I have chance. 

How long do I have access to the course for once I've paid?

It is my intention that you will have LIFETIME ACCESS with FREE UPGRADES (no further charge for any new tutorials added). However, in the unlikely event that I have to take the course offline for any reason (I can't imagine why - but then I also couldn't imagine a pandemic which would send the world into lockdown!!!) – you will be given at least 6 months’ notice of the course being taken down.

Can I share the course with someone else?

No. The learning platform logs email addresses and your IP address. If it suspects that the material is being accessed by more than 1 household you are likely to be logged out and will need to contact support to re-gain access.

Do you offer refunds?

As this is an ON-DEMAND service – the usual regulations regarding a 14 day “cooling off” period don’t apply and there are NO REFUNDS. However, there are plenty of reviews and pre-purchase material and a free sample lesson so you can make an informed choice about whether or not the course is suitable for your needs prior to purchase.

ABOUT THE VIDEOS:

Are the videos downloadable?

No.   However, the learning platform can be accessed 24/7 from ANY device in the world which is connected to the internet and you CAN download the e-books and other printable material. 

How long are the videos?

They will vary but approximately 30 minutes each for the demonstration videos and between 15-30 mins. for related topic videos. 

What are the videos about?

Every video highlights an aspect of a specific technique and will demo that technique.  There are also additional videos intended to expand your knowledge and paint pouring skills. 

What about the quality of the videos?

The videos are filmed in either natural daylight or under professional lighting with a high-resolution HD camera and a professional mic for best sound quality. They are then edited with software to refine.

I'm having trouble logging in - what should I do?

If you run into problems accessing the learning platform and you have DEFINITELY purchased the course please try the following BEFORE emailing us:

2. Try resetting your password at https://www.fluidartmasterclass.com/forgot-password

If that doesn't work, please refer to the guide here and if you are still experiencing issues shoot us an email at: support@fluidartmasterclass.com Please INCLUDE your sign-up email address & PROOF OF PURCHASE. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours (weekdays).  If you haven't heard back within that time-frame please check your SPAM/JUNK mail folder before emailing again.   Any pouring questions should be submitted directly to the FAM Facebook group.

What support will I get as part of the program?


To get the full benefits of the course you really need to be in the private Facebook Group.  The support group is headed up by Monique and the highly knowledgeable, veteran pourer: DAWN COWAN (some of you probably already know Dawn?)
 
Within the safety of the PRIVATE group you can ask for help with every aspect of paint pouring and receive assistance from the Group Admins, original FAM members and on occasion Monique.  You can comment or ask questions directly under each post, share your work and ask for feedback.  You will NOT be left to fend for yourself as soon as you've paid - but you WILL need to be able to access Facebook in order to take advantage of all the group has to offer as it isn't possible to respond to individual emails and messages.

Feedback:
The FB group is a private online community that only the members can see so you can upload images of your own paintings to share with your peers for comment and assistance without concern that the public can view them.
